The Conduct PVshelter Angled Type 130 is a free-standing rooftop mounting frame and shelter for inverters up to 130 cm wide (overall width 162 cm). The roof height adjusts to the inverter manufacturer's clearances using the QR code on the product, and a hinged roof lets one person open it for installation, maintenance or inspection. This partly assembled version ships in parts with clear instructions for efficient transport, storage and on-site assembly.
PVshelter puts the inverter on the roof, keeping hazardous DC voltages out of the building and making inspection straightforward. Rooftop placement gives the inverter maximum ventilation, and the rubber roof supports, made from recycled car tyres, absorb noise and vibration. The frame is Magnelis® steel (zinc with 3.5% aluminium and 3% magnesium), which is corrosion resistant and self-healing. All PVshelters carry the Peutz wind certificate.
